Paul Clarke

Paul Clarke is the Director of Operations and Water Quality for Padre Dam Municipal Water District. As the Director of Operations and Water Quality for Padre Dam, he is responsible for cost effectively directing activities of the Operations and Water Quality Departments, managing an annual budget of approx. $11 million, operating and maintaining potable water, wastewater and recycled water infrastructure, and ensuring the health and safety of Padre Dam’s potable water supply. Prior to his current position, Paul served as the Operations Manager for 6 years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from National University and an Associate’s Degree in Water Technology Education from Palomar College. He is also certified by the State of California as a D5 Water Distribution Operator and a T2 Water Treatment Operator. Paul is a Certified Public Manager (CPM) and has over 20 years of experience in the water industry. He is a member of the American Water Works Association, California Water Environment Association and International Public Management Association.
