Potable Construction Meter Request

  3. Set date must be at least 2 days in advance, no weekends or holidays

  4. Once ready to remove meter and terminate service, contact customer@padre.org

  5. Add the street name where the Fire Hydrant sits.

    Click on the fire hydrant you'd like to request for meter set location and enter it's number in the box above.


  7. Legal Acknowlegement*

  8. This form will be submitted to Padre Dam Development Services. Please allow up to 3 business days for the request to be processed. Notification of approval or reasons for denial of your request will be sent via email. Deposit can be paid to Padre Dam Customer Service upon approval. This application is valid for up to 30 days. If payment is not made within 30 days after approval the application will be terminated.
