  47. This form will be submitted to Padre Dam Development Services. Please allow up to 3 business days for the request to be processed. Notification of approval or reasons for denial of your request will be sent via email. Deposit can be paid to Padre Dam Customer Service upon approval. This application is valid for up to 30 days. If payment is not made within 30 days after approval the application will be terminated.
