How do I cancel automatic payments?
  • Login to My Account.
  • Click on "AutoPay."
  • Under Action, click on the "Edit" button.
  • Click on the "Cancel Autopay" button.
  • You will now need to make a one-time payment for each bill you want to pay through this system. Other payment options include by phone (877-MY PADRE), traditional methods of payment such as payment through the mail, our night drop box or in our office.
