[ARCHIVED] Starting Soon - Truck Trips, Invasive Tree Removal, Pipeline Construction and 3-Way Stop

Beginning in mid-September and continuing for approximately three months, extensive truck traffic will occur as dirt will be trucked into fill the grade where the foundation of the treatment facilities will be located.  Truck will exit Highway 52, travel east on Mast and then north on Fanita Pkwy past Ganley Rd.  Truck trips will occur Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

In October, many non-native invasive trees will be removed on Fanita Pkwy between Lake Canyon and Ganley Rd to make way for pipeline construction.  The trees being removed are eucalyptus, pepper tress and fan palms.

Three pipelines are planned to be constructed on Fanita Pkwy, Mast Blvd and beyond.  Two of the pipelines are scheduled from fall 2022 through fall 2023 and the third pipelines from summer through fall 2023.

A 3-way stop sign as been installed at the Fanita Pkwy/Ganley Rd intersection for roadway safety.  Please make sure you stop at this stop sign.  The sheriff will be monitoring this location.  Additional traffic controls will be provided in the pipeline excavation areas.
