As part of the rate setting process, Padre Dam mails a Prop 218 notice to customers and property owners 45 days in advance of a public hearing. The Prop 218 notice for FY 2023-2027 has been mailed to customers. This notice provides information on current and future rates and charges that could impact their bill.
The District's Public Hearing to consider rates for Fiscal Year 2023-2027 will be held July 13. 2022 at 6pm. At the public hearing the Board will hear comments from the public and then consider adopting the new rates and charges. Padre Dam sets rates for a five year period in order to align with the District's Five Year Strategic Business Plan.
