Padre Dam Customer Service Center Lobby Closed Effective Monday, March 16, 2020
In order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), our lobby is closed until further notice, effective Monday, March 16, 2020. The health of the public is our top priority and the health of our staff is key to ensuring high quality water and wastewater service for our customers. All District tours, events and workshops have been canceled until further notice.
Customer Service representatives will still be available over the phone to assist during normal business hours to assist customers. Water quality and supplies are not impacted and remain safe. We will continue to provide reliable, high quality services.
How to make a payment
Pay by Phone
You can pay a bill using a credit card or checking account via the phone. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To make a payment, have your 14-digit account number ready and call (877-697-2373).
Mail your Payment
If you send your payment and bill stub in the envelope we provide, it will be received by our lockbox processing center and posted to your account on the same business day it is received. Please send all payments in the mail to:

We encourage the public to limit outings during the coronavirus outbreak. However, if you are unable to mail a payment or pay over the phone, the District has a secure drop box located in the driveway of the entrance to the Customer Service Center (between the flag poles), which is accessible 24 hours a day. Please note that payments deposited in the drop box may take up approximately 24 hours to be processed.
