The East County Advanced Purification (ECAWP) Project will be initiating a procurement process for the major elements of the ECAWP project through four Progressive Design Build (PDB) packages.PDB contract amounts are estimated to range from $10 million to $260 million . ECAWP is a regional project in East San Diego County with four partners including Padre Dam Municipal Water District, The City of El Cajon, Helix Water District and the County of San Diego.
