Customer Service and Field Services include the teams who are responsible for ensuring exceptional service and support to our customers. Customer Service manages many functions throughout the customer's lifecycle with the District including starting and stopping services, answering customer questions and addressing concerns. The Field Services team members are in the field providing excellent service to residential and business customers. Their jobs require a skill set that includes technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and physical stamina. They also maintain the District's Automated Meter Infrastructure (AMI) which is an integrated system of smart water meters, communications networks and data management systems.
