Machine Readable Files for Medical Plans

The Transparency in Coverage Rule, issued in 2020 by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Labor and Department of the Treasury was released to help improve Price and Quality Transparency in American Healthcare by giving consumers the tools needed to access pricing information through their health plans.

As a fully or self-insured plan sponsor, Padre Dam must make machine-readable files (MRFs) related to in-network and out-of-network rates within medical plans available on our website.

Padre Dam uses Sharp and Kaiser health plans. The links below provide access to MRFs for both entities that are updated regularly by the providers.
