The East County Advanced Water Purification Joint Powers Authority (JPA) was established in November 2019to create and provide for the administration of the JPA, a public agency with the authority to plan for, design, construct, own, lease, operate, maintain, repair, and replace the East County AWP Project.
The communication and outreach goals of the Advanced Water Purification Program are to inform and educate East County stakeholders about the program, including providing information about the purpose and need of the program and to offer project updates.
