It is the responsibility of the account holder to notify the District of a request to discontinue service prior to the closing date to end your liability. We will continue to bill you for water/sewer used until service is cancelled. If no discontinuance request is received, the account holder remains responsible for any water/sewer use. Any unauthorized water/sewer use between account holders is the ultimate responsibility of the property owner.
