Welcome to Padre Dam Municipal Water District
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Padre Dam Municipal Water District. It is our hope that you will gain a better understanding of our services, philosophy, and objectives.
Mission
Our mission is to provide quality water, recycled water, park and recreational facilities and wastewater management services for our customers.
We accomplish this mission in the most cost-effective manner possible, earning Customer and Community respect. Our rates and fees are set exclusively for the recovery of costs associated with providing water and/or sewer services and to fund maintenance and capital improvements of the District's infrastructure.
Billing
Padre Dam provides a monthly bill for water and/or sewer services.
You should expect your first bill to be a partial bill before going through a complete billing cycle and to include a $25 New Account Service charge and a $3 Utility Credit Check fee.
Paperless Billing
For your convenience and in an effort to go green, upon receiving your first bill we recommend that you sign up for paperless billing using the My Account link. Enrollment in paperless billing will empower you to receive your bill via email, make check or credit card payments online and view current and previous billing statements.
You may also set your account up to pay automatically with our convenient AutoPay feature.

Monitor Your Meter
Did you know customers are responsible for all water activity on their property starting from the customer side of the meter?
Online customer alerting tools provided on our website allow you to monitor your own water usage, set and receive alerts and give you the tools to control monthly bills. You can access our Aquahawk customer alerting portal under "View Usage" on the My Account tab. Regular monitoring is encouraged as it can help customers notice excessive water use, which may be due to a leak or another issue at your property.
