Board Agendas
The Board of Directors Regular Meetings are held the first and third Wednesday of the month at 3:30 pm in our Boardroom at 9300 Fanita Parkway in Santee.

Agendas for Regular Board Meetings are posted on the Fridays before the meetings no later than 5:00 pm. Agendas for Committees are available at least 72 hours in advance of the meetings. Special Board Meetings may be scheduled occasionally and those agendas are posted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Board and Committee meeting agendas are prepared, posted and distributed in accordance with provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act.

Board Standing Committee Meetings
Board Standing Committee Meetings (“Committees”) are held at least on a quarterly basis to study and advise the full Board regarding certain areas of concern. Committees consist of two Board Members and appropriate staff; however, if at any time during a Committee meeting a quorum of the Board is present, then the meeting will continue as a “Committee of the Whole.” Actions taken are within the purview of the Committee and are recommendations for full Board consideration and formal action.
