Padre Dam’s workforce partnership provides performance, quality and service standards that people desire to have in a well-run business, but never expect to find in government. Padre Dam’s Board of Directors voted unanimously for development of the Workforce Partnership, establishing all employees as equal partners in:

• Decision-making processes
• The workplace culture and morale
• Increasing accountability

Goals
The goal of the Workforce Partnership is to develop a customer-focused and employee-driven organization built on the Seven Principles of Participative Management and our District Values:
