living in single family homes with existing natural grass are
eligible to apply for a $1.00 per square foot (min. 100
square feet up to 1,000 square feet) rebate for the
purchase and installation of artificial turf. Sites must receive
a pre-installation site inspection before installing new
artificial turf.
A new patch
of artificial turf has been installed at our Customer Service
Center. This sample was installed to show customers what
artificial turf can look like by Easy Turf, one of many turf
companies. Come by and take a look if you are interested in
seeing what artificial turf can look like. Additional turf
samples can be found in the display case in our lobby. Padre Dam
does not endorse or encourage the use of any particular turf
company. We encourage you to research what's out there and
select the company that best meets your needs.
