Director Peasley is serving his first term on Padre Dam's Board of Directors, beginning January 2011. Peasley served as the Water Resources Engineering Manager with Otay Water District gaining over 31 years of experience in water, recycled water and wastewater before retiring in 2011. He is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer. Peasley is affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Public Works Association, and Construction Management Association of America. Peasley is Padre Dam's current representative on the Metro JPA.
