If you would like to have your bill automatically deducted from your checking account or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) you will need to sign up for our E-billing program, My Account. With this service, you have the option to set up your bill to be paid automatically each billing. Enroll in AutoPay through My Account.

Pay Near Me at 7-Eleven Locations (Temporarily Unavailable)
Customers can now pay bills at local 7-Eleven stores. PLEASE NOTE, THIS PROCESS HAS CHANGED WITH THE NEW BILL DESIGN. Coming soon, you will find a link here where customers can now request the necessary bar code. This will allow customers to print the bar code for convenience or have it sent to their smartphone. Then simply take your bar code and cash to any local 7-eleven location. The cashier will scan the barcode, take your payment and give you a receipt. Payments post to your account the next business day. With this change we are also happy to announce the fee for this payment method will be reduced to $1.99.

Traditional Mail
If you send your payment and bill stub in the envelope we provide, it will be received by our lockbox processing center and posted to your account on the same business day it is received. Please send all payments in the mail to:

Please make sure to include your bill stub with your payment. If you do not have your bill stub, please include your service address and account number with your payment.

Payment by Phone
You can pay a bill using a credit card or checking account via the telephone - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To make a payment, have your 14-digit account number ready and call 1 877 MY PADRE (877-697-2373).

In Person
You may pay your bill (via cash, check or money order only – no credit cards are accepted for in-person payments) at the Customer Service Center at 9300 Fanita Parkway in Santee. We are open between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Friday.

We also have a secure drop box located in the driveway of the entrance to the Customer Service Center (between the flag poles), which is accessible 24 hours a day. Please note that payments deposited in the drop box after our office opens will not be posted to your account until the following business day.

Online Banking Through Your Own Financial Institution
Padre Dam does accept payments made through your financial institution's online payment service. However, some banks continue to mail paper checks in the mail, which means it could take up to one week for us to receive your payment. Please check with your financial institution for more information on timing. Because of the possible time delay, if your account is near due or shut-off status we do not recommend this method of payment.
