We will need basic credit information in order to open a water/sewer account. Please have the following information available when you call:
Name

Mailing address

Date service is to begin

Currently, we bill our accounts on a monthly basis. Your first bill will likely be prorated from the opening date until the next billing date, so your first bill may be smaller than normal. Your first bill will also include a $25-$28 New Account Fee. To view a sample bill, click here.

Renters
If you are renting, we will need the owner of the property to complete and return an Owner Acknowledgement Form prior to beginning water service. This form can be e-mailed to customer@padre.org.

Stopping Water/Sewer Service
To end water service, please use our Disconnect Service Request Form or call our office at least 24 business hours in advance.
Please note: we cannot accommodate same-day, holiday or weekend service requests.

You can expect a closing bill within 25 days of the closing date.

It is the responsibility of the account holder to notify the District of a request to discontinue service prior to the closing date to end your liability. Any unauthorized water/sewer use between account holders is the ultimate responsibility of the property owner.
